ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE
By placing an order in the manner provided in the Site, you represent that you have read all information provided during the purchase process and accept these terms and conditions of sale and payment.
These general conditions of sale, together with the conditions regarding the delivery and payment of goods, are an integral part of the sales contract concluded between the customer and Centroallerta Ltd.
Therefore Centroallerta Ltd invites you to read carefully these terms and conditions of sale, print or otherwise retain a copy.
METHOD 'OF PURCHASE
The customer can buy products seen at http://www.datasentry.it/store, shown on the homepage within the respective sections of the site by product category, as described in the relevant information sheets.
The products may be published on the website:
- "available" and then physically in stock, as such, ordered by the customer;
- "not available" in stock. In this case the product can not be ordered by the customer and, if he so wishes, may leave your e-mail to be notified whether the product will available again.
At a time when the goods are purchased, the customer has the option to choose the mode of delivery and payment of the product they prefer.
The acceptance of the order by Centroallerta Srl is confirmed by sending an e-mail confirmation to the email address supplied by the customer at the time of registration to the Site
Centroallerta reserves the right at its sole discretion to refuse the order.
The Customer undertakes to verify the correctness of the data in the order confirmation email and immediately notify any errors or omissions Centroallerta Srl.
The order confirmation email contains the following data:

- Cost of Transport
- Total Order
Unless other contractual provisions, bids, offers and price lists are published Centroallerta Srl, however they may be amended by Srl Centroallerta without notice.
Orders, even if confirmed, shall be deemed accepted subject to any rise in prices charged by suppliers or arising from circumstances beyond the control of Centroallerta Srl, in which case he is entitled to raise selling prices to the customer in proportion to the increase that it undergoes.
In the event of a price increase of more than 10% between the date of order confirmation and the actual delivery, the customer will be informed and may terminate the contract, which shall be communicated in writing within 5 days.
The applied prices are ex warehouse costs, packaging, marking fees, VAT and taxes and all shipping charges and any additional services (Fulfillment, min.order fee, configuration) are charged to the customer.
For orders below Euro 100.00 (excluding VAT) will be charged Euro 10.00 + VAT which the competition charges.
TERMS OF DELIVERY AND METHOD 'ESCAPE TO ORDER
Delivery times are indicative and not essential. Every single order or delivery will be considered autonomous and independent of any other order or delivery. Centroallerta reserves the right to process your order through partial deliveries. If the customer wishes to reject any partial delivery of goods, must declare in advance in writing.
Centroallerta reserves the right not to accept a customer order request containing the complete avoidance and unique merchandise. In this case, the acceptance of the order by Centroallerta Srl will be considered to be binding only if made in writing. In the event that the goods ordered becomes impossible or more costly in every way from causes not dependent on his will, Centroallerta Ltd may terminate, by means of a written communication to the customer, the contract concluded by written confirmation from part of Centroallerta Srl
Unless otherwise expressly agreed in writing, order fulfillment by Centroallerta Srl beyond the terms stated delivery will not entitle the customer to rescind the contract, except in case of a delay that does materialize into a serious breach of contract .
If the customer wishes to terminate the contract because of a delay in delivery, shall invite in writing Centroallerta Ltd to process your order, or part of the order is not processed within a reasonable period of not less than 15 days. The contract will be terminated if Centroallerta Ltd has failed to delivery within the time allotted.
Unless the customer has previously announced that it intends to accept only a complete fulfillment of the order, in any case, the customer can refuse or delay payment of the goods given to him under an order even only partially executed.
Centroallerta Ltd is not obliged to accept returns of products supplied. Except with the prior written consent of Centroallerta Srl, no return will be accepted if it is intact, in their original packaging, intact, and no abrasives or labels other than originally intended. A return number (RMA) obtained at the Customer will be valid for 15 days from the date of issue and must be clearly mentioned on the packaging when returned. After that period the return number (RMA) will automatically cease to have effect and the return will not be accepted. Shipping costs are always charged to the customer. Centroallerta reserves the sole right to reject all or part of the products made in the following cases: Packaging missing or tampered with, incomplete delivery of the goods, merchandise that shows deviation from its original state.
MANUFACTURER'S WARRANTY AND / OWNER OF THE PRODUCT
The parties acknowledge that Centroallerta Srl is only a distributor of products manufactured by third parties, so the warranty information for proper functioning of the products delivered by Centroallerta Srl and limited to that granted by the manufacturer and / or holder of the product.
Only insofar as this is provided by the manufacturer's warranty and / or owner of the software product marketed by Centroallerta Srl, established in case of material defects in the product Centroallerta Ltd will replace the defective parts. The validity of this guarantee, however, strictly dependent on the exact use of the delivered product as specified in the catalogs, warnings and instruction booklets available to you.
Complaints relating to products delivered to the customer Centroallerta Srl must be received by fax, e-mail or registered mail to Customer Service within 8 days of receipt of merchandise, attaching a copy of bill, invoice or accompanying document, setting out clearly the grounds of the complaint. After this deadline, the claim may not be accepted.
In no event Centroallerta Srl guarantees its products to be tailored to specific needs of user.
Centroallerta Ltd be liable for damage to persons or property other than goods covered by the contract only if such damage has resulted from its negligence or gross negligence or exceeds the value of Euro 500.00. In no event Centroallerta Srl is obliged to indemnify the user or third party for the consequences arising from the use of the product, for any direct or indirect injury to persons, damage to property other than the material loss of benefits or profits, damage caused or alleged to be caused by deterioration or loss of data recorded by the user.
CLAIMS RELATING TO BILLS
Any complaints relating to invoices issued by Centroallerta Ltd should be made aware of Centroallerta Srl via letter sent within 10 days of receipt of the invoice. Failing that, the bills are accepted without reservation.
No claim may, in any case, justify the delay or non-payment.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
If Centroallerta Srl is found liable for the total or partial discharge of its obligations under the contract, the total compensation due to the customer shall in no case exceed 10% of the price of the commodity that has caused the damage.
RIGHTS IN THE SOFTWARE
The rights to the software marketed by Centroallerta Ltd remain the property of the manufacturers and / or holders of rights to the software, which give you only a license. All rights are reserved and the software is strictly forbidden for the customer to sell to third parties, sublicense, pledge or otherwise dispose, for a consideration or free of charge, the rights to the software.
The customer agrees not to remove or alter the rights notices contained on the media program and user manual, not to modify in any way products and make them only legitimate uses and / or permitted.
The customer also agrees, with due diligence to preserve products strictly enforcing all directions of the manufacturer or dealer, in particular, the customer can not counterfeit computer products, or permit or encourage in any way their counterfeiting.
Customers intermediaries between Centroallerta Srl and the end users of software should include in their conditions of sale, the first point of this paragraph or a text having the same meaning.
PROPERTY RIGHTS
The products remain the full property of Centroallerta Ltd until full payment of the price, expenses, taxes and fees.
The customer agrees to immediately notify Centroallerta Srl, under penalty of compensation for any damages, of any attachment or seizure by a third party of products that the customer has purchased from Centroallerta Srl and have not yet been fully paid.
In the case be submitted to the competition procedure, the customer agrees to allow Centroallerta Ltd to recover possession of its products without advance notice, the costs related to product recall will be charged to the customer.
In case of non-payment, in whole or in part, at maturity, Centroallerta Srl may, without a prior court order, take possession of these products and their accessories, customer agrees to consent without opposing exceptions.
CONDITIONS OF PAYMENT
Cah on Delivery
By choosing this mode, the payment is made to the courier upon delivery of your product to the amount of the product and shipping the order process will add the cost of rights to a sign which will be listed in the order summary.
The payment must be made only with banknotes directly to the carrier. We will not accept checks or bank. Pursuant to and in respect of Art. 12 of the D.L. December 6, 2011 n. 201, payment in cash will be accepted within the threshold of EUR 999.99.

JURISDICTION
For any dispute shall be referred exclusively to the Court of Pordenone.
The contract between Centroallerta Ltd and the customer, and so everything as expressly provided in these general conditions of sale, shall be governed by Italian law.
TERMS
These terms and conditions will remain valid and effective until they are modified and / or supplemented by Centroallerta Ltd.
